when you fail, do you blame other people? or do you take full responsibility?there are people who tend to point fingers when they fail and would never accept that in one way or another, they are the only once to blame for their failure...

If it's my fault, I take the blame & try to change what I'm doing so it won't happen again. If it's someone else's fault, I try to find out why it happened & change that as well. If someone caused the problem deliberately... I usually break of the friendship or relationship. I don't need enemies.

you are right, it is important that we look into what went wrong and make sure that it won't happen again... we should learn from our mistakes. thanks for sharing!

I take full responsibility if I fail in anything, and try to do better next time. If I think it's not my fault then I will find out how and why it happened. It could mean blaming others for it, but that is only when I know for sure, that it truely wasn't my fault. The hardest part of that is when you do find out how and why and who did it and they don't own up to it, that really annoys me.

i agree with you my friend... it's really annoying when people who are really responsible for your failure don't admit what they have done wrong. moreover, they don't want to be held accountable for it. =) thanks for sharing!

Hi. I think when a person fails, there are two ways they will either feel, First: Failing can make them do better and they're not discouraged they look over there mistakes and try again and again until they pass, this is more me, I will not give up, fail makes me do better and lets me know where I need to fix up and study better. Secondly: On the other hand the person who has failed can also feel discourage and destroyed, like it was the end of there life, they are'nt motivated enough to try again, they can either turn to the bottle and think that was it, that theres no more hope for them at all... But there always is hope and there always will be, especially if you look at "fail" as a guideline, to see where you went wrong so that you can study that error and do your best the next time

Usually when I fail, I will just check on myself to see why I fail. It is meaningless to blame others for the failure and it won't help improve myself. lol

that's correct... even if we blame others, it won't change anything that already happened..

Unless I know that it really isn't my fault, I never drag anyone into my failure. For me, I fail because of something I did or didn't do. I usually do things alone, which means that there are lesser failures because I control everything but at the same time, when failure comes, they're harder to handle..

i agree... when i was still in school especially in college, i preferred to work on my own especially when projects were given by our professors. i find it easier to accomplish a task and if ever my output ain't that good, i only got myself to blame. =) thanks for sharing!

I try not to blame others. Sometimes it is the fault of other people. Most times you have to take resposibility and try harder. There are normally things that could have been done to correct the situation. Blaming others will cause you to continue to be in that pattern of pointing fingers.

This is so true! and did you know it's true on a large scale? In that people who are racist or prejudice are doing this very thing? Pointing the finger at someone else, saying they are more to blame with the human condition and the condition of the world than others.. all foolishness of course.. The blame game to me is (almost) always ridiculous.. I say almost, because obviously 'evils' do occur on planet earth.. and sometimes even individuals get a whammy from someone else!:)

there are things and decisions in life that we do ourselves without any influences from others and when we fail we take all the full responsibilites of having such failure. however, there are also life's decisions that we undertake that need the consensus of a few or by a majority vote. in other words,we just can't do things by ourselves but with the approval of other people. and when things go out of the way and have not been materialized or accomplished, the blame should not be solely pointed to one individual but also those who participated or contributed to that decision.

Whenever i fail, i admit i partly blame other people but afterwards i come to think of it all the factors why i fail. Sometimes, i come to realize that my failure is a wrong choice i made so i quit blaming other people, instead learn from the mistake i've made.

My rule my action is my responsibility therefore if I fail I will accept it and do better next time.
