Spearmint tea if possible fresh off the shrub with tiny bit of sugar for taste if under 2yrs, or honey for older than 2 yrs

I have heard of the tea, but I was told not to do that until he was at least 4 months old. So I was afraid to try it. Do you know of anyone that tried it around 3 months??

I tried it with my twins when they were only 2 weeks old, and they were alright, the only thing that they didn't like the taste.

I almost forgot another thing you can do is rub a little oil any kind in ur hands to warm it up and then rub baby's tummy with circular motions.

my oldest son had colic pretty bad. I would let him suck on a candy cane. The pepermint would settle his stomanch.

I have heard of pepermint tea, but not just a plain candy cane. I might try.
