Going to college is the American dream. Sadly, many young people are being convinced that military service is the only path they can take to gain a post secondary education. The recruiters somehow forget to leave out the risks that will accompany the experience. It's a HUGE sacrifice. It is imperative that you weigh ALL of your options carefully and do ALOT of research. You don't have to run through the mud and be in Iraq for a year just to get money for books. The reality is the fact that WE ARE AT WAR...are u willing to make that sacrifice?? It's vital that you are aware of these conditions for my sake...and yours
