Hits4Pay changed their TOS !!!!

Hi all, some time ago I started a warning about Hits4Pay after I found out in their TOS that they only pay people from 4 countries: USA, Canada, UK and Australia...
Many people wrote to them about that...
Well today I went back to check their TOS because a friend here on mylot answered my previous discussion about Hits4Pay and she said she can't find any mention of the 4 countries.
Well I found out that they changed their TOS but I don't know whhat that means? It can be good news? What do you think?

4. Signup Bonus
To qualify for the signup bonus and approval, users must:
a. Reside in the following countries: USA, Canada, United Kingdom And Australia
b. Provide valid mailing address and email address
c. Fill out the secure USA tax form.
d. To receive the signup bonus, members must accrue a minimum balance of $25 in accumulated Earnings.
e. Members will not be eligible to withdraw the signup bonus if the minimum earning ($25) has not been accumulated.
Hits4Pay TOS today (They took off the first line!):

hits4pay didnt change their tos,from the starting the sign up bonus is just for us,uk,canada,and australia.someone had post it here before,but still many members from other countries didnt read the tos before join the site.they just keep their eyes on "FREE $10 SIGN UP BONUS".

i think it has just been a fact that hitsforpay is just accepting members from those countries so they removed it, i just suppose that, but maybe in future time,
it's better if you will contact them about this, but it's good that you informed us about this little change, from other countries, but i think even they are accepting members from other countries i think i cannot join there cause as far as i know they are with paypal only, ..so sad, or correct me if i am wrong..thanks, good!!^^

I live in the US, so I don't have this problem... But I think one of mu referrals who is not from the 4 countries contacted them but but has not gotten a definitive response.
At this point I am confused. I don't know anymore if it is for international members or not.

Usually when sites start dropping countries, something is going on in the background. Now, don't people start getting nervous, sending me any messages are posting nasty and rude comments.
I'm simply saying, such actions are usually indicative of other things to come! However, hits4pay is fairly decent. They have been around for a while. I even worked for them until realized it was a waste of my time and stopped....So maybe it is an admin. deal or maybe it is much more.
In any case, good luck to all you hits4pay members. Btw are they paying more these days? Better yet, what is the pay? Just curious as I have all the online ventures I can keep up with at the moment. Thanks in advance and good luck to you Votre(you are right to keep a watchful eye..).

Thanks inallduetime. Yes they are really slow and you need referrals otherwise you will reach payout when your hair is white lol
I have not reached my payout yet. But I know they pay once your reach $25. Take care inallduetime.
