Will you take this for granted?

Hi! I will like to know your opinion on this. Today, a man and his wife (who live thesame house with me) had querell with each other and he went and brought police to settle him and the wife. He said, he was tired with her cos they have heard so many problems with each other. The reason why he called police is cos the wife told him that the son they having doesn't belong to him (she got furious). All the people in the house had to plead with him before he asked the police men to go. I tried to put myself on his shoes and I discovered how painful it is to hear this from my wife. If you're the one, what will you do? and what will be your reactions? Thanks

That should be the most unpleasant words the man could have heard. I cannot imagine how I would face a similar situation. In our culture if something like that happen then it would be quite impossible for them to continue as man and wife. That will terminate the relation.

I think she really tried to hurt him but that was a low blow. If I were him I would leave and get a test done to see if he was mine. She likes power and control and will use her kid in her attacks. Show her that her words have consquences.
