Well here is my views on beauty ... Firstly I think it is better to start from the inside so a daily Vitamin E oil capsual helps in that area, I think it keeps your inner workings young, I then think a freshly squeezes juice of carrot, beetroot, ginger and celery and any other vegetable this I think also is good from working from the inside first, it also makes you feel a lot more sparky then I am a firm believer of a cup of tea, the antioxidents in tea is good for your appearance and is good for helping to flush the fats through your system after a meal...hust my thoughts.

Hmm... well, I use rose water in my baths and once a week on my face. I also try to use only all natural, organic, not tested on animal products - like Lush. This keeps my skin looking young and healthy. Lush moisturizers are wonderful. A little dab covers your whole face and I haven't had dry skin since. They also don't make my face to oily.

Actually I have dry skin and I think it's not what you use that works wonders, but how you use them. Dry skin is easy to fix, you apply lotion or moisturizer on your face or body when your skin is still damp! After awhile, you will notice a difference. For anti-aging, I would say both massaging face with a massage cream and using an anti-aging night cream would work best. Of course, don't forget your sunscreen during the day, it helps delay aging. Actually I have kept my beauty secrets (you can find a couple on anti-sagging skin) at http://beauty-tricks.com/beautyblog/ and here comes the massage benefits and method: http://www.helium.com/tm/396230/looking-lifeless-arent-annoyed

Lots of sleep. Keeping my face clean. Avoiding the use of scented products since these products causes allergies (some are unnoticeable at first). When using perfumes or scents, I put them on my clothes instead of dabbing on my skin. Smile always. Avoid routine facial movements or reactions (like smirking or frowning ~ they cause lines). What else, hmm.. minimal on make-ups ~ only use them to enhance beauty not change anything. Good diet, food, lots of water and fruits.
