I'm in big trouble with my cats!

Their dry food bowl is empty. I thought I had another half a bag stored in a can on the porch. When I went to transfer it, I found it empty. The stores are closed! They are looking at me very accusingly! It's not like they are going to starve to death. They got some canned food earlier, plus I gave them extra treats. That doesn't make up for the empty midnight snack bowl, though. I have a feeling I won't get much sleep tonight. Yikes!

Tsk ..tsk...susieq...going to have to report you for neglect..LOL..those poor deprived babies...think they might pass out..think they might lose weight and dwindle down to a ton?? Did they keep you awake all night crying pitifully?? Did they give you nasty looks all night/morning??...I sure hope you got some of their dry food today...Too bad you can't come here...I have some extra..LOL--though I might not hear the end of it..they wouldn't want me to give away THEIR cat food

Oh, I went to the grocery store first thing in the morning. Not even my husband gets service that fast! They took turns walking and sitting on me in bed all night!

Hehe--I'm sort of guilty myself...I don't give him much...I have this little tiny bowl that I fill with milk...Pyewacket loves it...well my milk went bad overnight..you know..like cottage cheese??...I didn't even have any for my morning coffee...but I can exist without it...but boy, you should have seen the looks he was giving me...so neglected...as soon as I had my breakfast and dressed I dashed out..for the milk

It's hard to sleep when the tummy is hungry. Did they keep ya up all night? I always have back ups of food, as I am so scared for that to happen. But, I can see how it did. Wow, amazing that the stores were closed. Where I live, they are open 7 days and night a week. Not good for the employees, but good for the customers. Well, I am sure the kitties got through it, right? You did have other goodies for them to enjoy. Thanks for sharing. I am going to be really careful to make sure my back up supply is always full.

Our daughter comes in on weekends and she must have emptied the back-up can into the house can and forgot to tell me! I will have to check up on that back up can from now on! It was pretty funny--they took turns walking on me and sitting on me all night!

Have any canned tuna fish in the pantry? If so, they'll love you forever :) That's a good reason to always keep a few cans of tuna on hand, only .50 cents a can, and lasts forever lol.

Oh dear, you are in strife. Our shop is nearly an hour away and I managed to get someone who was going into town yesterday to pick me up some dry food. I do try to keep plenty on hand of everything but the weather has been so bad I've put off going shopping myself. He really likes the dry food in addition to his tinned food, the dogs food and anything else he can find. LOL.

Yep, sounds like my cats, too. I'll have to see to it that I never run out again!
