How do you set-up Tivo without a phone line

If you have cable there is a ethernet reciever (wireless) which allows the Tivo to download all the shows on the guide. Goto www.tivo.com to see the reciever, I have two of them and it works with the internet, and you can use yahoo pictures to download photos.
