It felt it was my fault..:((

I felt it was my fault because ive lost the original copy of my purchase order and the pink copy and what is more wierd the system also was lost.I admit it was my negligince but i dont know what happened, but my conscience is clear and it was out of malice.I just want to ask apology to our general manager and ive learned from that mistake and im doing a new strategy to avoid it from happening again.

Its ok fairygreen. We tend to make mistakes along the way and as long as you admitted that it was your fault, all you can do is to make sure it doesn't happen again. Look at your processes and see where you can improve on them and then go from there. Cheer up, we are only human!

Thanks for the cheering message maddy i really appreciate it.Yes, i am already working on some ways to avoid it from happening again, thanks guys for the concern.I am making list now for the purchases i make for the week and tally them if they are delivered and they are posted with thier corresponding invoice number.

I don't understand very well what you're saying fairygreen. What you're implying was that you are working in the office. You lost both the original and duplicate copies and wasn't able to register the purchase order properly in the system, am I right? If this is what you mean, then you really should be more careful in the next succeeding transaction. We all have mistakes and negligence from time to time. I would feel bad too if I we're in your situation. I do hope everything will sort out well with your manager though.
