Ever sneezed so forcefully that you hurt yourself?

I have bad allergies so this has happened to me many times. Sometimes I'll end up with a sore throat or pulled muscles. It's not fun at all and I feel so silly when it happens. Has anyone else ever hurt themselves from sneezing too forcefully?

I have sneezed so hard that it felt like a blood vain popped in my head or that my head was about to explode. It hurt for about 20 minutes, my head that is.

I've gotten headaches from sneezing as well. It's not fun at all.

I feel you pain I do they worst part though was when I was pregnant and it got so bad I could feel the pain in my stomach thank God though that I am not allergic to animals as i love them so I'm a grass, dust kind of allergy person

I'm glad I'm not allergic to animals either. I couldn't live without my pets. Kind of amazing that I never developed any animal allergies since I'm allergic to so many other things.

I do normally have back problems due to a previous car accident, but there have been occasions where my back was fine until I sneezed. Then I walked hunched over for a week! Now I try to brace myself against something before I sneeze. My the power of a simple sneeze. : )
