Filet Mignon is wonderful. It's great wrapped in bacon and slow cooked until it falls apart. I've only eaten filet a few times, but if I have to eat beef, filet is the way to go. Yummm!

We get great deals on a whole filet. I usually bacon wrap the whole thing.. it is really good.... thanks for responding
