Well, laptop is good if you are away from home usually, so you can access to it from car, plane or bus. But i prefer normal computer, because they are cheaper and they have lots better things than in laptop, but its your choice :) i would say normal computer if you dont go away from home usually.

I usally prefere desktop rather than laptop..........as it is difficult to type but laptop is more efficient then desktop as it is convinient ot carry to every place easily and desktop, it is so easy to carry......If you think you did't have to carry your computer then buy desktop as it is cheaper then laptop but if you think you have to carry then buy laptop..........

in my opinion laptop is far more better than computers, because u can take laptop anywhere in the world anytime use, same thing can be used in office as well as in office, but if u take computers, u use it only at same place, best laptop if u want 2 buy is LENOVO, this company is best, i m also having laptop of LENOVO

I like my laptop. It's portable, of course, which means I can use it anywhere, including changing rooms whenever I want to. It also saves space, because everything is all in one piece, no separate hard drive, monitor, speakers, etc. I don't even have to have a mouse if I don't want one. Most lap tops have ample space to do whatever you want to do. They don't have as much as a desk top, but most people never come close to using all the space either of a laptop or a desktop anyway. I have a Gateway laptop and I have been satisfied with it so far. I can watch DVDs as well as play CDs. I can also burn my own CDs, so it does everything I want it to do.

If you don't have to travel around, I think a desktop computer is already enough. It's less expensive. And if you have to buy new hardware for it, the price will be also cheaper than laptop's hardware. I like Dell computer, as they have a very good after-sale service.
