What does a dimple signify in your culture?

Every culture has different sayings and beliefs. In India a dimple on the face signifies that you will be your mother in law's pet. Do you have any such saying in your culture. What does a dimple signify other than a facial aberration that looks good.

in our country, says they were born with happiness??a person looks cute with a dimple right?? i also like looking at them :) i wish i had one :)

That is nice, does it mean they were smiling when they were born or that they will always have happiness in their lives, like some things bring us luck. yes I also find them cute and wish I had one too.

it doesnt really signify something in my country, hmm... but when you have dimples, it means you're cute...^^

Yes, it does definitely signify that, the actors and actresses in India who have dimples are more famous because they are cute apart from being good actors.
