How often do you change your bed sheets?

I know it sounds like a strange question, but I am curious. I normally change our sheets once a week; however, sometimes in the summer I do it more often--especially when it's practically boiling outside (it's over a 100 degrees today).

I also change mine every week, but the pillow cases every two or three days. I am prone to acne attacks so I am really careful when it comes to those that comes in contact with my face, LOL!

I hear ya! We each have two pillows and switch the sides around every night (I have to because the cat likes to curl around my head when she sleeps and I am sensitive to cat dander).

I really should designate a day. Normally it ends up being on the weekend, or on Fridays--when I'm not working 24/7.

I'm with you- At least once a week- I love getting into bed on fresh crisp cool sheets- so I change them and wash them and hang them out to dry (nice weather) at least once a week- But sometimes more often- if it's a sweaty night- and we had a couple of them last week- 90's and humid as all get out!
