I just thought of a curious question..I thought I take a five or ten minute break and hop into mylot:
Those of you who are on mylot during the day..Do you have a full time job? Or are you here because you have no work..so you are trying to make some money..
What is your status: student, parent, rather not say?

i'm a stay at home mom. yes, at first to earn extra money, thats my first reason in joining my lot, but that change, i discover i could learn a lot, i do a lot of reading from some discussions,.. i actually posted a discussion about medical transcription, hoping to get some ideas, its sad, because i posted it not just to start a discussion,, then i thought maybe, no mylotter knew about medical transcription, or its not an interesting topic. i read a lot of discussion about earning in mylot, it does not matter to me much. i benefit from mylot in other things, i get to practice my english often ,and have some friends from many places, i hope they're sincere as i am,

I'm a student, and I'm on myLot a massive majority of the day because I just don't have anything else to do. It's really not my fault, though. I'm trying to get a job, but it hasn't gotten me anywhere so far.
Either way, I enjoy chatting with people and having the social interaction, so I come on myLot a lot during the day. So yeah, I guess I'm here because I'm trying to make money because I don't have any work. Not that this really makes all that much money, but some money is better than no money, right? Or at least, that's the opinion I like to take on the matter.

I really applaud you forsakemysoul..that you use your free time so wisely..Mylot has so many different people here and you sure can learn so much..from the diversity of cultures, peoples and races..

I dont work at the moment, I have a bub. I do not sleep much so I do all my housework during the night. That way I can spend time with the bub during the day and when he has a sleep I can have a few solid hours on here. Its not the money also, I just really enjoy it.

I am so glad to hear there are so many who really come here to relax and chat and not simply just for money.. It's hard to talk to robots and many times when people are trying to get cash for posting..They post automatically without much thought..:)+

im 18 years old so im after school i live in israel so i dont go to a collage we dont have any... in november im going to the army until then im haveing fun here in mylot i got a part time job...

Hello.littlefranciscan,i have a full time day job and i am on mylot when i have free time,money may be a motivation but i also do it for my interest.I am a bit busy these days and have not been really active,also my internet connection is very unstable in the recent weeks,i cannot stay online for long time.
Anyway,i am going soon.

Easy i have my feet into so many things lately..blogsvertise is great..and associated content too..then of course..my number one priority..my job;) which is what occupies me during the day.
I resolvd to take mini breaks and post a little here and there during the day here an mylot..I get too backed up with my responses;+

I usually am only able to come here to myLot in the evening as I am at work all day. However, I am on holidays right now so I will be able to come here more often. This is good for me because I love the discussions and catching up with friends.

The only time I'm on during the day is when I have a day off, like today. I'm trying to catch up on email and resolving some of my older discussions. I'm way behind! LOL. I work full-time so I don't get on every day.

I know how you mean..I work full time too..only I work from my home office..thanks be to the kindness of the company who hired me.! Catching up is hard to do isn't it?
I actually do some blogging for money..I am enjoying the extra pocket change;)+

I am working as an administrative Assistant and have a full time job from 8 am to 5pm . We do all our correspondence through email and thus I am working on computer whole day. From time to time I can quickly get into mylot, reply some discussion and get back to work.
I am parent. I have two children. At home children have full control on pc and I don't get more than 5 minutes from time to time only if I request polietly..........lol

i am old and now retired and i do come here in the day time ,not for the money (its a pittance anyway) but for the good people I meet on here i dont feel lonely if I know i can always come on here and find someone to comunicate with !

As for me , My status is that of a retired Government official engaged in the editing of a volume of Encyclopedia of World literature brought out in our vernacular tongue , namely Malayalam . I do not have much of a spare time since I am actively engaged in freelance writing jobs. Still I find time to be with friends here in MY LoT.

I have a part time job three days a week, but at the moment the entire company has a months vacation. So I have plenty of time to hang on MyLot! :D

Hi,
I am having full time job and I handle team of 5 customer service executive. For me mylot is an addiction. I joined this community just for curiosity as I love to discuss on interesting subjects and debate. But, now I feel that there is a great possibility that I would be addicted to this community.
This website is simply great. Little earning is also added bonus for me. I looking forward to have great posting here in coming days. Happy posting.
