what's the last thing you do before going to bed?

Drink water, that is the last thing, or sometimes set my alarm clock and then bang...sleep.

every night it has been my schedule to surf the net and visit mylot and other forums/paying sites, checking emails, and responding to them just before going to bed at 12 midnight. while i am lying i turn on my radio and listen to music until i get sleep.

I think it would be emailing. I would have already had my shower by then including brushing my teeth, so i would say checking my email for the very last time of the day!

Brush my teeth, tell my husband good night and scoop up our little kitten. She likes to sleep with us.

The last few things I do before I go to bed is to check my emails. I say goodnight to my online friends, and brush my teeth. Then I go to bed and read for a while before I fall asleep - hopefully.

Before going to bed I wash my face and brush mine's and my daughter teeths. Then I put my daughter sleep. Afterwards I say my prayers and then I go to sleep.

The last thing that I do before going to bed is take a shower,put on lotion,then say a prayer.

The last thing I do before going to sleep is to kiss my fiance goodnight. If I can't sleep I turn on the TV and see what's on CNN or MSNBC or listen to the BBC World service on the radio. We always have music or something on in the bedroom at night.

I give a quick bath to my toddler at night at around 11pm after I have done everything else including my bath and brushing my teeth. After my child's bath, I help her to put her clothes on for sleeping and give her her bottle of milk. Then I check mylot.(: But I don't take too much time on mylot before going to bed because she will then go to me and play with the keyboard and I wouldn't be able to concentrate on what I do. After that it's light out.

The last think that I do before I go to bed is kiss my kids and my husband good night and tell them I love them. Sometimes I will say a prayer with my youngest and then I will go to my room and pray. If not,as soon as I get in bed I pray.

sometimes I got sleep when I was watching tv/video.so,that's the last thing maybe.but before that I ofteb to wash my face with face foam and brush my teeth until clean and fresh.

i usually take a shower too. sometimes i read a bit. either the bible for my quiet time or a magazine. sometimes i just flop into bed cos I'm so tired!

Hello Bujoyseth, I will be in front of my computer before going to bed. I do whatever I need to do including mylotting before I go to sleep. If after a few hours, I still feel not that sleepy, I will do my routine : brush my teeth, change to another night dress and sleep. If I am too sleepy, I just jump on to the bed, kiss my son good night (sometimes it is 'good morning') and sleep. Nothing special though...

The last thing I do before bed is check on my son. I can't go to bed until I've looked in on him and made sure he's sleeping ok. I also gauge the temperature in the room and decide if he needs a blanket. If he does, I cover him up. I give him a kiss and then I go to bed. Sometimes I lay down next to him and just watch him sleep for a little while.

Last thing always is to see if my pets have fresh water, they may want to drink at night.

The very last thing I do before lying in bed is pray.. I find it good before closing my eyes and doozed off to dreamland. I make sure to thank the LOrd for the wonderful day and the safe day that we had for that day..

I always brush my teeth, put moisturiser on my face, set my alarm, put lip balm on my lips and and rawleighs menthol balm up my nostrils because i have a terribly blocked nose at night. Haha i can't believe I just told everyone that.. but seriously that's what i do every night without fail. Oh I also fill up a glass of water and put it next to my bed.

I can't tell you... because it's a secret... nobody knows except me... and nobody will know at least for a while... what I could tell you it's what I used to do a while ago before I went to bed... and that is: brushing me teeths ...;)... but still don't tell to anyone:)

I eat dinner, shower, brush my teeth, sometimes watch a little bit of TV, drink water and then snooze off. I can go without the TV and the dinner but not the shower, brushing of teeth and drinking of water.

I often texted my friends saying "Good Night and Hug Your Pillows Tight!"
