I think everyone will face it: the scold of your senior. How will you deal with it? Maybe we have our faults and should answer for it. But maybe we do nothing wrong. As a junior, you must face the scold. If we want to keep the job, we have to bear it. But we should find some ways to settle and make ourselves feel better. So what do you do for it?

If it is my fault, I take that and correct my self. If it is not my mistake, I will make it known to him and expect him to ask sorry for his blunders. A good leader never solds his subjects, because he knows how to get the right work from right people at right time.

Yeah, you are right! But not all the leader know that. Even if they know, they not always can do it.

If the leader does not correct himself, he will not longer stay there as leader. They vanish in no time. IT is better to add qualities of leadership in one's life. I do not believe in born leaders.

If I was wrong, and I will accept criticism from others ,if I am not wrong, and I will tell him the truth, the job is very important, Nevertheless, I think that self-esteem is more important.
