Sleep normally disturbs because of1) physical illness(pains) or2) some tension. First case either doctor or your mother will help you. Second case first I do deep and slow breething.Especially while exhaling very slow and complete exhaling helps me to RELAX my body and mind and regain my sleep. Otherwise reading is the best way to get my sleep back.

I take a big book to read and after couple of pages are through, I feel asleep.

Sleeping is not really a problem to me because I can easily sleep. I'll just close my eyes and after a minute, I'm asleep. The problem comes when I woke up in the middle of the night, that's the time I find it difficult already to go back to sleep. So what I do is, I just turn on the tv and watch something interesting until I feel sleepy.

You see, when we are not hungry we cannot eat, likewise when we are not sleepy, we will not get sleep. When I am sleepless I will indulge in other activities, like reading books, watching TV, etc..
