I am looking for PHP, MYSQL Programmer / myLot

I need to create whole site and since none of the scripts that are for purchase on the net have all the functions I need. Than I am looking for someone to do it for me. Where should I look for programmers? How much it ususaly cost? Is it more than normal script? I can buy it for $10-$600 USD but there is missing function I need for my project. If someone has time, let me know.

wow. i hope you finally finished this project. php /mysql is very simple. it's better to create your own than to download something off the web. i find it harder to deal with somebody else's coding style.
