What your leg falls asleep, when it wakes up, does it hurt?

Now I am not talking about the tingly pins-and-needle sensation on your skin that you get when a limb that has fallen asleep wakes up. I am talking about a wierd bad pain, like inside the limb, that makes you feel like you have to moveit but as soon as you move it at all that's what makes it hurt. It feels kind of like a muscle spasm or like the veins are hurting, or something, it's really hard to describe, but if it happens to you then you know what I mean. This happens to both myself and my younger sister. I have asked a few people and no one else seems to know what we are talking about. So are we wierd or have some kind of problem? Or do other people out there experience the same kind of pain from a sleeping limb waking up?

That's kind of what it feels like but that's not what is actually going on, the pain is directly linked to the leg waking up.

Hi there. Im a classic for getting numb or pins n needles, from cutting of my circulation, especially when Im sitting in one place too long or if my legs bent and in that position for awhile, I start to get that irritated feeling, then the pins n needles set in... I dont like this feeling at all, its really annoying...
