Jollibee or McDonald's in terms of customer service....

i disagree. i have a lot of bad experiences with jollibee's service. whenever we have to take out food, they always seem to forget to put sachets of ketchup for burgers and fries. and they are so slow in taking orders.

In terms of customer service, I don't see much the difference coz for me, their crews are all doing good.But in terms of foods, I mostly like those in Jollibee.

They serve their customers with warm smile. They are sensitive to customers need. I prefer Jollibee.

I'm not so sure, to be totally honest. I believe it depends on what branch or on the branch manager who handles the staff and crew of Jollibee or McDonald. I haven't had any negative experience with either of these food chains; and I don't expect any in the future. But we seldom go to McDonald, because our daughter who is turning two this year, likes Jollibee better than McDonald. She even had her first birthday celebration in Jollibee. Mascots of Jollibee and Hetty Spaghetti did numerous dance numbers but our little princess likes Hetty better.

Both are great in terms of service...But in terms of taste,I prefer Jollibee

I have never been to Jollibee but I heard it is very good. I cannot wait to go sometime, there are a few locations not too far from me. As for McDonald's, the service is great although I do not often eat there! (:
