I like Chinese Fried Noodles This is a quick, easy, and delicious recipe that all will enjoy. Try adding cooked, cubed pork or chicken, bean sprouts, water chestnuts, sliced almonds, or any of your favorite vegetables for versatility. 2 (3 ounce) packages Oriental flavored ramen noodles 3 eggs, beaten vegetable oil 4 green onions, thinly sliced 1 small carrot, peeled and grated 1/2 cup green peas 1/4 cup red bell pepper, minced 2 tablespoons sesame oil soy sauce Boil ramen noodles for 3 minutes, or until softened, without flavor packets. Reserve flavor packets. Drain noodles, and set aside. Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a small skillet. Scramble eggs in a bowl. Cook and stir in hot oil until firm. Set aside. In a separate skillet, heat 1 teaspoon of oil over medium heat. Cook and stir green onions in oil for 2 to 3 minutes, or until softened. Transfer to a separate dish, and set aside. Heat another teaspoon of cooking oil in the same skillet. Cook and stir the the carrots, peas, and bell peppers separately in the same manner, setting each aside when done. Combine 2 tablespoons sesame oil with 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a separate skillet or wok. Fry noodles in oil for 3 to 5 minutes over medium heat, turning regularly. Sprinkle soy sauce, sesame oil, and desired amount of reserved ramen seasoning packets over noodles, and toss to coat. Add vegetables, and continue cooking, turning frequently, for another 5 minutes.

My favorite way to eat pasta was born out of desperation a few years ago, using up what food was left in the house. 1-1 1/2 cups of your favorite pasta 1 bag of your favorite vegetable blend 1 6oz can chunk salmon, drained 1 cup of your favorite salsa Cook pasta according to directions. Meanwhile, heat vegetables in a skillet. When pasta is done, drain and add to vegetables. Add salmon, and heat everything through. Stir in salsa, and head for one more minute.

I love to stir fry my noodles with shrimp. Here is a great meal that you can prepare and cook in less than thirty minutes: 1lb pealed shrimp (medium) ½ lb cabbage 1 whole carrot 1 garlic clove 1 fresh ginger clove 1 bell pepper 1 can mushrooms ½ an onion ½ cup oyster sauce 3 bags of ramen noodles The first step is boiling your noodles for two minutes under high heat. While doing that you would be gathering the onions, garlic and ginger and chopping it. Next you would take the carrots, bell pepper, cabbage and mushrooms and thinly slice them the long way. The third step is to heat up a sauce pan with a tablespoon of cooking oil and stir fry the shrimp with the onions, garlic and ginger. After stir frying for about three minutes or until the shrimp is cooked threw, you would then add the vegetables and continue to stir fry for two minutes adding a dash of oyster sauce with each stir. Lastly you would add the noodles and the remaining oyster sauce while continuing to stir fry until the noodles are fully coated. I love to make this, it is really tasty! Hope you like the recipe, and enjoy!
