How do you feel when someone try to throw you off this morning?

well, I am at work right now. I work at the donut shop, I serve coffee and donuts. This lady walked in and then asked for small coffee and plan donut. I asked her back to make sure which plan does she want. I asked " What kind of plan donut would you like, mam?" She replied, "Dont you understand my english?" I was like What?. So I said,"Mam, I want to make sure which plan donut do you want, that's all and you dont have to give me the attitude!" My god, I was so mad and I really want to throw her out but I just hold it. I understand some people have a bad morning but they dont have to get it over to other people. It is not fair. what about you? how do you feel when someone do that to you? What is your reaction?

I guess no one could blame you for being mad. It's a good thing you have controlled your temper, remember the saying that "customers are always right", so we don't have to argue with them, but still, we can explain to them our side in a more sensible manner, I guess you have to be more patient or tolerant in your field of work right!
