Do you think we should regret things from our past? I think we learn the most from things we regret. Perhaps if you didn't learn anything from something you regret then it would be worth regreting, but what about everything else?

i dont believe in regret but certainly i do regret over some things i did in my past...i know i cannot change it and cannot mend it but still there is something in my heart which pinch me and make me regret when i think about all those stuff.... but on the other hand i also learned so much and that is what changed my whole pattern of life... i think little regret is needed to make you consistent and keep you on right track.

I try never to regret anything, because like you said, I have learned something from every experience I have had, whether it was good or bad. Everything I have or haven't done has helped to shape me into who I am today. Besides, why waste time dwelling on the past when you have the future to look forward to!

There is a difference in learning from your past actions and regrets. We should learn from our actions, but not regret about them. If you regret about it, then, you wouldn't have learnt the lesson at all.

I don't believe in regrets. I believe in learning from our mistakes. Why bother with regreting what you did if you can't change it. Well, I don't have any regrets in my life. But I have learned from my mistakes.
