What color eyes do you have?

My dad, brother and myself all have blue eyes, and my mum has greenish eyes. My wife has brown eyes and my son has blue eyes with a tinge of green, and that sort of depends on the lighting!

my eyes are colored dark brown...but when you look at it, it looks like black...you have to stare at it to see its real color

Hi Vicki - my eyes are brown too. All my immediate family members have brown eyes, in various shades but I have cousins who have blue and green eyes. The greens are definitely more common than the blues. Here is something interesting which sums up how parents eye colour influences that of their child: 2 'light blue' eyed parents cannot have a 'blue' eyed (or darker eyed) child. 2 'blue' eyed parents can have a 'Blue-green' (or lighter) eyed child, but not hazel or anything darker. 2 'blue-green' eyed parents can have a 'Light brown' (or lighter) eyed child, but not brown or anything darker. 1 'Light brown' eyed parent and 1 'blue-green' eyed parent can have a child with any of the possible eye colors. 2 'dark brown or black' eyed parents can have a child with any of the possible eye colors (but it is unlikely they will have a light eyed child, such as light blue or blue).

In my country the common ones are black and brown, but mostly black. I myself got black too. But actually I love color eyes, anything..... brown, green, blue, but not black. I like to see people with that eyes color.

Hello vicky, I have dark and I mean dark brown eyes. I think brown is the most common color.. My mom used to says i got brown eyes becuase i am full of sh.. lol I love blue eyes I have seen some people with the most beatiful eyes i though with blue eyes. They are vey attractive to me.

I have brown eyes. My dad had blue and my mom (dominant) had brown. It's weird though, because my boyfriend's family has the husbands all having blue eyes and the wives brown. However, ALL of the kids have blue eyes. Just thought that was weird because obviously brown eyes are dominant and what are the chances of all the kids have blue eyes with a blue-eyed dad and a brown-eyed mom?

In my family all members have black eyes.Like you i also like blue eyes.Blue eyed persons looks more attractive and sexy.

My eyes are brown. My husband's eyes are blueish green, depending on what he is wearing. My son used to have blue eyes, but they have now turned kind of a brown/green. My daughter has deep brown eyes. I do think brown eyes are more common than blue eyes.

I got blue eyes. It actually seem to be the most common eye colour in my part of the world (Denmark/Scandinavia)

My whole family has blue eyes - well, except for my step-sister who has one blue and one brown (so does my pit bull, Mimi- not that I'm comparing my dog to my step-sister :P).

My eyes are brown. I also love blue eyes and my boyfriend has a mix of blue and green eyes, they are so beautiful! Here in my country people tend to have brown and dark eyes maybe that's why I like people with blue and green eyes, because they are so rare.

My mom has brown eyes. My dad has blue eyes. Out of the 3 kids they had together, me and my older brother has blue eyes and my younger brother has hazel. They change between brown and green. My brother from my mom's previous marriage has brown eyes. My 2 brothers from my dad's previous marriage one has green the other has brown. So blue eyes are quite common in my family. Especially on my dad's side. Almost all his brothers and sisters and their children have blue eyes including my grandfather. His side of the family is Dutch. So that is probably why. My mom's side is German and that is probably why on her side mostly brown.

I supose you do, since they are rarely seen by you. We scandinavians have the same thing with brown eyes, as you wont find many scandinavians with that eye colour.

Mine are brown & so is my DH! My Dad & brother too! But my Mom & her Dad have a very pretty shade of blue kinda like the Carribean islands water color. I don't know why but I get attracted to guys w/blue eyes & sometimes the funny thing is they are never wearing sunglasses so they are always squinting & I can't see the color of there eyes until one day we were indoors & I said ohhhh should of known. Or maybe it was fate knowing I like pretty blues!
