What is happening with our earnings ??

first can I say I love this site and I just love all the lovely new friends I have made and there is no way I am leaving but It is getting very disappointing when I look at the earnings , I appreciate we are getting paid for something we would be doing anyway even if we were getting paid but it has gone down so much , I used to do 50 discussions a day I am lucky if I do 10 nowadays but I DO reply to all of my responses , I like doing this as I get to chat to my pals but , We used to get 2 cents and then we were getting 3 cents when we were giving descent responses BUT , the other day I thought I would try a bit harder than I have been doing lately ( has just been a few a day ) and I answered 10 with good responses and I dis quite a few of replies to my own responses and I git 7 cents in total , it has Been the same the last few days ,
I wrote to admin and they are usually quite good at replying to me but as yet I have had no reply , have you all noticed this too , As I said before , I love it here and I have no plans to go because this site keeps me sane most days but it goes up and down like a yo-yo lol xxx

I've kindof noticed it. I've only been here for about two weeks, though, so I really have no room to talk.. But I've been noticing that I seem to get less and less money no matter the fact that I'm posting quality answers or not. I guess I figured it would get better when I started posting quality answers, and it really hasn't seemed to.
I guess...well...I don't know what I'm here for. I just feel like it would be a waste of time to just let the three dollars in my account go to waste without actually getting up to ten and getting paid, so I'm trying to get to ten to get my payout. After I get my payout, well, I don't know what I'm going to do.

I'm not on mylot much anymore.I am too ill and stressed over Steve's illness to try to make conversations. When I get like this I'm better off not whining to others because all it will accomplish is depressing others and that isn't my way.I do come on and read alot.
I have found that I can not make much here anymore even when I'm typing gang-busters so I just chime in when I can and do more with emails and that isn't much.
When I do come to mylot it seems like a place I'm not famaliar with because it is changed alot.It just doesn't feel warm anymore..And some friends are missing.

Honey I think the night you are talking about is when there was a glitch in mylot and our responses were not being taken and we kept getting redirected to the home page - so it may be that your responses didn't 'take'. I have noticed my earnings going down but I don't pay that much attention - like you I am more here to spend time talking with wonderful friends! xxx

Believe me, weemam, you are not the only one who is wondering what's going on. I have wondered also, as I see many of us MyLotters are experiencing the same. I have tried the same thing you did with the same results. A fellow MyLotter said that she was given the runaround when she contacted admin, so I really don't know.

I was just wondering why would you be disappointed at something you love to do. There is just a conflict when you say that you would do chatting to your pals anyway and yet you were disappointed at your earnings because if it were so, you would look at your earnings as just a bonus or a reward. I hope you take no offense. I was just wondering. :)

Hiya and nice to meet you , no offense taken , it just is nice when you see it going up quicker , and I wouldn't bother at all coming on here just for the money , but I do love the friends I have on here , sorry If I didn't explain it better . I do look at the money as an extra bonus , xx

I am also not much enjoying my time here, I just can't believe that this site is slowly losing it's charisma to me.
First, it's the rapid posting of "LOW" quality discussions, then comes our troubles about moneybookers (payment method required for us members from the Philippines) and now, the earnings we receive is getting lower day by day.
I don't know, but I hope that this low earnings we get are just for the meantime. I still believe at mylot's credibilty, guess we all have to stick here for the moment and wait for further developments..

I am glad someone else has noticed it. I have spent a lot more time in here over the last week and have made less than when I was not in here often - what is up with that? I have even done alnighters thinking YES that's worth a $1 or more and only to find out the next day its 58 cents GRRRRR

i also love this site because there are a lot of people here from whom you can share your problem and also you can earn money but i have also seen alot of decrease in my earnings and i also understand that what is happening to mylot

Yea, I tend not to pay attention to the earnings. I just put in 30 posts everyday so I have at least 1200 posts by the end of the month. Like that, even if it is 1 cent per post, I would have made $12 and request a payout. How about you? Do you have a strategy here at mylot? I have written about mylot in my blog at www.investingfordummies.blogspot.com. Please drop by if you have the time.

I've only been here about 4 weeks, but I have noticed. In just a few days the earnings for a rating increase of about 40 or so went to about half what they were for an increase of only about 20 or less. I never expected to make much here, but that big a change right after I started here is disappointing.

i have been with this website for, i think, a week or two and i got 20 cents. maybe its because i dont do much of the discussion but at least, by just typing, you earn something. this is cool.. having fun while earning! and you are learning too!

You haven't yet seen the lmit of dissapointment. I myself am here for quite a long time and I really love being here. Actually since a few days I wasn't that regular at mylot. But a few days ago I started posting nice responses and even got a decent 4 cen for each. But I don't know how, why or what I haven't been getting my share since 3rd this month.
On third I responded to 11 discussions and got only 26 cents, and the most dissapointing was 4th when I responded to 7 discussions with all that I have got, responses as good as I can do, and all I got was a big 0 in my earnings. They haven't yet upgraded the same. I feel like I am cheated. I did get the upgrade of my 5th days work but what happend to all my responses of 4th???
Its really turning black now..... I really don't know what t do, I want to stay here.

My worst was on 7/3 I had 29 points and I earned 0.14 cents that equal .0048 cents per post. That is less than one half cent...how far we have fallen. I have seen 6 discussions today complaining about the same thing. I am getting a bad feeling that they are running out of money. I used to make between 40 and 50 postings a day. Now it is not worth it and when I say that it is not just because of the money it is that points just disappear over night and I dont know when they went as all my discussions from the day before are still listed.

I used to do 50 a day too but I got a bit fed up when they were deleting our discussions , I got 2 deleted and you know pal that I would be the last person to write something untoward, and we got no explanation , But I won't be leaving because I love to read what is going on with my friends :) :) xx

I have the feelings that the amount that we can earn is going down as the number of members is going up. I responded to way more than 50 the other day, and didn't even make a dollar! And that was with a couple started by me and a few photos added in my responses. But I am loyal to a fault, and I will be here no matter what. LOL

That's what I noticed here, too. We get very little in spite of the extra hard work we do...that's why perhaps I did not reach the minimum payout last June 30... in spite of the hard work, I got very little. I for one would like to ask if Mylot had decreased their payment scheme...at least we could have been informed about the change if ever...Anyway, I understand that this really is discouraging....I hope though things will be better as we go along....

its true man but as a newcomer i havent still ubnderstood abt the money i get and how its proportional to our responses but its a good site for chatting
