Why do employees finger point? Do they not realize that once they finger point out a wrong doing, you the pointer will suffer the same persecution? Lets take lateness for one. We are all victims of lateness. Doesn't really matter why, it happens. And once your late, ther eis no controll over the "why". But to come into the office with stares or glares is like sitting at the table on judgement day. Does the finger pointer realize that they are on the verge of creating that rift. Ya know the one that seperates everyone from each other. People then form paranoid thoughts and thus becomes extra fusterated.
