Has anyone been paid by Reviewstream?

I just discovered that ReviewStream has a high cash out of $50.00. For some reason I thought it was only $5.00. Has anyone actually managed to make this much and get paid? Did you get the full rate for most of your reviews or have to write a zillion at bulk rate? Thanks!
