Sports not only enjoyable but it is good for health too...

When you do sports your not only exercising and enjoy a lot, but is good for health physically in and out, mentally and self discipline. For me I enjoy marathon, I started it for a jog around 5 km a day as a warm up, then Im doing weight lifting for an hour. That feels good everyday, without it, I felt that my day is not complete. It make may body tone, and physically wise your in a good shape, but the best exercise for me is swimming of course its good for your lungs ang resistance too. Those things increase good reflexes espicially in driving and almost all the task your doing everyday. But the best thinbg if your doing sports and exercise is you can eat anything you like thats the beauty in it....
