I want to make a blog

I use blogger for all my blogs, I have tried wordpress and others, but I always gave up and went back to blogger.com. Basic ways to get traffic are from your link in forum signatures, link trades, blog directories and submitting your blog or posts to social bookmarking sites and social networking sites. Once you got a good amount of links to your main blog page and also to your individual posts, you should start seeing search engine traffic. Thats a basic overview of how to get some traffic.
