I think it would be a very nice car. We are looking into making a purchase of a smaller car as well. Mostly, we need to save money on gasoline costs. Here in our area, gas prices are very high, so it's not convenient to travel. A smaller car like the Kia Sephia might be the answer. Best of luck on your car purchase. Be sure to take the car to a mechanic before you purchase, so that he can check it out for hidden defects.

Thanks for your advice. I've been long since eager to own a Kia Sephia, for its front lights looks a bit like the Mercedez. And I like its back shape too. It's lower in cc, and lower in road tax too. Furthermore I am just with my husband, we have no kids. It's the perfect car for both of us.

I think Kia cars are pretty good and they would last you a long time. So, I think you should go for it and good luck with that.

Well the new Kias come with a ten year warranty. But when you buy an older one than its usually "as is" unless the dealership or place you are buying it from gives one. Kia's are made for affordability the new sportages have come a long way in looks, sephias are pretty much the typical looking sedan. http://images.automotive.com/stock/300/KIA/SEPHIA/1999/4SA.JPG
Before you buy a car just on looks though you should consider mileage, how many owners it has had and how was it driven, have someone who knows about cars check it out for you to see how things look like belts the oil and etc.

Yeah, I will do the thorough check-up before making a purchase. If (if) I have more budget, in the future I will purchase the new Kia Sorento, lol...
