so, i dont get it, is jesus god or a man?

If you are a Christian, then He is both. If you are not a Christian , then He was a person.I think He was a G-d in a human form.

Hello, This is a great story to tell to children, but it does not hold water. There are too many contadictions in the bible to look at it as it is. Jesus was just a man. The Church has made him immortal. If he was God he couldn't die, but he did. That is if he even exsisted in the first place. Peace, Totty

Of course there is also an entirely feasible (if you are god-christian oriented way) to understand this. Jesus was the sun of god... you proposed that if he was a man then a sperm needed to get it on with an egg cell. Though jesus was not born of union with man and woman, I do not recall anywhere that it said god didn't invitro fertilize... oh look at the pretty torches come to burn me. Seriously though.. if a being that is credited with creating all of mortal existence in six days wanted someone pregnant without a human father I highly doubt he'd be hard pressed to simply manifest a perfect sperm to mix with her as good as it gets genetic material, and produce an exceptional son. If dude can make everything everywhere in a couple days, he can make a virgin pregnant.

Jesus is God, and Jesus is man, both. He was conceived by a human woman and the Holy Spirit. Because of this, the divine of Jesus is contained in the human form. But this belongs to faith and you want to understand it without faith.

Man could only be God if he is filled with God. Read Gal. 2:20. Paul said there that it is no longer him that lives but it is Christ that lives in Him. If we could experience the feeling of Paul then we are God,in life and in nature.

Jesus was a complete God and perfect man. You cannot say wither Jesus is God or man, because He is both God and man.
