What's the most annoying "hip" phrase that people have said now or in the past?

The word "like" is like overused almost like everywhere. Everyone is like saying it like all the time. People like say it for every sentence like they mean it. Its like pretty annoying at times and sometimes makes it hard to like understand what they say.

i hate it when kids use "whatever". its a pathetic attempt at trying to cover up the fact that you cant think of anything to reply with..so they pop out with "whatever" and somehow think that is sufficient. just makes them look and sound like morons. exercise your brain..at least attempt to think of something intelligent to say. it may not come out sounding smart, but at least you wont guarantee you're sounding stupid by using "whatever".
