A Tree Robs a Bank!!!

This is another story that was in the newspaper where I live at, and as the other discussion that I did, I dont have a link to this story because I am typing it from my newspaper, Journal Review. I just want to share some of the daily news that I get to read about. This is kind of a funny one. How silly can this guy be.
So a tree walks into a bank.....and walks out with cash.

Leaf it to New Hampshire, where a bank branch was held up be a man disguised as a tree.
Just as the Citizen Bank branck opened Saturday morning, a man walked in with leafy boughs duct-taped to his head and torso, and robbed the place.
"He really went out on a limb," police Sgt. Ernie Goodno said Sunday.
Police said the leafy man didnt say andything about having a weapon, just demanded cash, and was given an undisclosed amount .
Although the branches and leaves obscured much of the mans face, someone who saw inages from the banks security camera recognized the robber and called the police.

This is a wind up, surely? No are you sure? This made me laugh a lot, there really is nothing as queer as people! lol Ok he didn't mention a weapon but if I came up against someone dressed as a tree I think I would be a bit afraid too! Thanks for giving me a morning smile honey! hugs xx

I heard about it on WSAZ News channel thankfully they apprehended the guy later who did it. Well I could say I bet that was the strangest robbing that will be put on the books..lol. The duct tape would have better served him if hed had used it to cover major parts of his face with it or atleast used camoflouged hunting paints with it. Well maybe he will turn over a new leaf after he serves his time and learn his lesson.

Thats sure a red necked thing to do. He was lucky there was not a bird or her nest in the tree. hehehe.
I it was a good thing he did not wait until fall to do the robbery, or that he did not fall on the way out the door. lol
I can go on and on. I guess I better stop my stupid jokes. I guess that guy will not try that again.

I seen that on CNN News and I have to say I sat and laughed..What people will do is crazy..The News Reporters really had a good time with it as no one has ever heard of anyone using tree limbs as a disguise. I wonder if that is why he robbed a bank as he had no money even to go and get a mask...
I was wondering if anyone did recognize him, as I"m sure even with the branches you could still see his face. Just had to take someone who knew him to catch it...But it was a good laugh...

I saw this yesterday and thought it to be so funny. They had a picture of this guy and thought it great that he thought about this. Now they can catch him and put him away for longer since it was premeditated. The cop came and was looking up in the trees along the street near the bank since he could have been hiding up in them. So funny.
People were calling on their cellphones about it too.
Am glad someone recognized him. Still a funny new story.

I hope one day they show that footage on that show where they show stupid criminals in action.

Well he WAS creative! And he probably won't do as much time considering he wasn't armed.
