Very Disappointed!

am very disappointed today I thought I would have a lot of responces to my post on the tornado of 91 . 2 replied and I also thought I would have tons on emails from my friend to answer and I have got over 15 emails all day .Is this a lazy day did everyone go on vacation ? Just what happened to the emails and the people that are usually hear to respond to?

Hello friend...sorry to hear you didn't receive the responses you'd hoped for. Well sorry I didn't see it...but I am here now. We live far away fro the tornado zones and only have them up here upon occassion.
Maybe you are right, people might be on vacation...or busy updating their posts if they received a lot of responses. I am very committed to keeping up a response for response system...and some of the discussions took me awhile to catch up.
Anyway..sorry I wasn't there when you were looking for some friends...but I am here now...and will be back again.

Oh well thats all in the past now and it looks like I wasnt the only obne someone found some responces in their bulk mail and as I dont find one on outlook I gyuess I just didnt get any more than what I got lol
glad you are all caught up now.
We have had no tornados here where we moved to in the 8 years we have been back here. HUgs

I know I responded but I think there are a lot of members, like myself, who are very disillusioned with the way mL has changed. I very seldom post new discussions or responses as I do not know if they will be deleted or not. I spend time to give responses and I don't even know I they have been read or have they been deleted .

I am wondering the same thing- A lot of my older friends here aren’t starting anything new- and I haven’t heard from them in quite a while- It makes me sad- I did reply to your tornado discussion- just late- I’ve been so busy that I’m a few days behind- Hope it picks up again here!

Someone else was saying they had no alerts as well..or only a few. I've had a normal amount. I also got paid so maybe they are just behind. Expect to receive lots to make up for it over the next few days.
I thought that discussion about the tornado was awesome!

Hi Lakota, I've noticed that its been real quiet around mylot the last week or so. I've heard a couple users haveing computer problems, some might be on vacation, I know of one that I havent heard from in a week that said she wasnt feeling well. All in all its been quiet, I know I've been kinda busy lately. Take care, Terry

Don't be disappointed Lakota, I saw your discussion and I didn't feel like responding. Maybe, because it brings my unpleasant memories that I want to forget about....
I was 3 days away from mylot and I think that many people took time off for long weekends...most of my friends were on vacations.....
I saw much less discussions going on and much less responds in general.
I think all of your discussions are very good...!

It's fine. I have tried posting a very good topic and nobody's responding. Its all fine for me. Maybe myLotters are busy doing something in their lives.
