Did you see that Sprint/Nextel has cancelled some contracts with their customers because the customers complain too much? Imagine that. a company dumping you cause you complain too much. Of course Sprint says these complainers complained over 40 times a month. What's up with that?

It sounds like a public relations nightmare. What company would dump their customers because they complain too much. What about customer service?

I an not imagine that people would complain that much. I learned many years ago from my parents to go up the chain. Once a complaint gets to the top dog, heads roll and people tend to fall all over themselves to help you. No good, money making company wants bad press-bad for busniess.

We've got Sprint, but I can't imagine complaining that much. I'd like to know what their issues are. If it is a legit complaint and they dont get any satifaction from customer service, to me, it would be time to move up the ladder to someone in the corporate office. I've done that before. You'd be surprised how fast the corporate gods move.
