Do You Have Mices At Home?

The other day I saw a mice running spiritedly in our kitchen floor. I told my wife what I saw and she begun to feel afraid and tremble from my news. My wife's worst fear is a mice. The following day, I bought a fly paper catcher, those used to catch flies if they happened to land on the sticky surface of the paper. I heard that this is the best way of catching a mice. Last night before we went to bed, I put a little piece of pork in the middle of the fly paper catcher and placed it on the kitchen floor besides a wall. This morning, lo and behold, I catched my first house mice. I announced it to my wife while she was taking her shower, and she thanked me while pleading for me to dispose of it before she gets out of the bathroom. Do you also have mices at your home? How do you get rid of them?

I havent seen a mouse inside our house yet.. But BIG FAT Mice were on the Frontyard.. Running and playing at night.. They are really scary considering the poison they might transfer to us when they get to bite us or even touch us..

Yeah, and one thing more, I also heard that once their excretion can get to our blood streams like open wounds while walking on a flooded street, it can be real deadly for our body. PinayPrincess, a lot of thanks.

I have mice in my house too. I've tried to trap them using glue pasted on a plywood but with no success. I used this method before and I trapped 3 mice in a row. I guess the mice knew my tactics already, and that's why I haven't been successful in catching any of them!

They have talents, these mices. You cannot get them even two in a row. This is what my friend told me. Each trap should be of a new kind. Otherwise, they can easily sense what you are up to and avoid getting into it-sort of a survival instinct, I suppose. Thanks for responding, my friend.

We have a cat that brings them in regularly. Not only mice but chipmunks and she will release them in our bedroom. My girlfriend will let the cat out in the early morning and come back to bed but leave the door open so that the cat can come and go as it pleases. More than once we have had chipmunks running over us while we were still in bed. We get up and catch the animals by hand and release the outside again hoping that the cat will not just go out and catch them again..

Late spring or early summer I'll usually spot one or two. They follow a Gas line right up through the stove and pop up on top. I think their funny to watch scurring around and let them have their way for a few days before I capture them in a commercially sold trap .I usually dab a little peanut butter into the trap to attract them. There isn't any need to be afraid of them;they're more freightened of you then you are of them .
