How do you like your eggs?

Do you like them scrambled, fried, poached, hard-boiled? How do you usually like to take them. What's your most favorite and least favorite way of eating eggs? My most favorite:Personally I prefer, I guess you could call it a fried egg, with the yolk still intact in the middle, then I like to eat it with lightly toasted, bit greasy bread. None of the people in my house have eggs like that, they prefer the solid yolk to the more liquid one, but not me. My least favorite: I hate boiled eggs, they smell awful and they taste bad too. I mean the yolk at least, tastes fine, white part, or albumin, boiled is just not right... What about you? What type is your most favorite and your least favorite when it comes to eggs?

Yeah, well, I'd rather have the taste value than the nutrition, but that's just me..

Well, although fried eggs are delicious,I have to say boiled eggs are beneficial to our health. They can keep the nutrition as much as possible!

My favorite would have to be fried with sauteed tomatoes and onions. I like eggs that way, especially when it's paired with rice - YUMMY!! For bread, I like it scrambled and with cheese.. I also dislike boiled eggs because they're a bit boring to eat... LOL

mm... that sound good, sometimes my mom makes eggs like that, and I love those with plain white bread. I guess they would seem nice with rice too. Yeah, you got that right about the boiled eggs.

I love spicy eggs made with onions, green and red peppers, curry, cumin, garlic, red pepper and then when scrambled and cooked, fresh lime is squeezed over them.

I like my eggs either fried or scrambled. I like to eat it with bread or fried rice or with fried beehoon. My least favourite way of eating eggs would be poached eggs.

Beehoon? What's that? And I really have to try these poached eggs, since no one seems to like them for some reason.

I actually like boiled eggs, but they have to be cooked to perfection, which is the hard part. The yolk has to be soft, so that I can dip 'soldiers' in, which is toast cut into strips, and the white has to be fully set! I like fried eggs on toast as well, soft enough to dip my bacon into! The only time I had eggs I didn't like was when the father in law cooked them, they were cooked on the bottom, but not flipped, and I hate that sloppy, snotty texture of uncooked egg!

Ha ha, "soldiers", that's nice. Yeah, the white has to be firm and solid for me too, and the yolk should be nice and runny.

oh come on, the yolk is the best part, especially if it's runny, well, at least for me, I'm completely the opposite, I hate that white part especially in the hard boiled eggs.

I love to have eggs every day. I like the most is eggs fried with their yolks wet and intact in the middle. It tastes quite good with butter bread slices. I really love it that way. Not that I dislike egg in other forms, but I don't have them much. I also lke having hard boiled egg, cut into half and sprinkled with pepper, salt, onions and chilies. I love it that way. Specially in winters, here at my place you can easily find boiled eg vendors down the street who serve the boiled eggs in that special way I like. I love to go out every evening with my friends and have eggs while we awre just strolling around. Any ways Take Care May GOD Bless YOU

Oh yeah, I do the same thing with the sunny side up eggs, fry my bread in butter or something and then have them together.

I like them in different ways depending on what i feel like at the time. The order of preference though is: in an omelette, scrambled, fried, hard boiled..then poached.

Poached to me taste like boiled eggs (but not hard boiled), because there is no oil involved...that's why they're my least favourite.

Well, yeah maybe you will, I have my egg days too. When I really crave them, then I have them everyday, and then get so sick of them that I don't have them for months. Then the cycle begins again.

I LOVE quiche. I've never come across one I didn't like. It's what I make for special holidays. I used to make mini quiches for my husband to take to work with him so he'd have a good breakfast to start his day. Otherwise I like scrambled eggs if they're nice and fluffy. I don't care for poached eggs.

Quiche, sounds like it's gotta be tough to make. Any quick and easy recipes for that?

You know, it's not really that hard. Chop up things like mushrooms, spinach, cooked sausage or bacon...anything you want in it and set it aside. Whip up about a dozen eggs and throw in a splash of heavy cream. Add some salt and pepper. Then you can either bake in in a pie shell (which you can buy premade at the grocery store) or just pour it into a pie pan and bake it like that. When I made the mini quiches for my husband, I baked them without the pie crust in these cute little disposable aluminum tins. For one batch of quiche mix I could make about 7 or 8 of them. Then when they're close to done, sprinkle some shredded cheese on top, and you've got a really tasty dish. Not necessarily good for you, lol, but tasty just the same. And they keep really well in the fridge with some plastic wrap on them.

My absolute favorite way to have eggs is probably fried over-easy. But I'm picky. The white absolutely must all be cooked, and the yolk runny. I'd rather have the yolk a little cooked if that's what it takes for the white to all be done. I also love omelets and scrambled eggs. I started eating poached eggs recently, and they can be really good if they're done right. I don't mind hardboiled eggs every now and then. I honestly haven't had eggs cooked anyway that bothered me or that I really didn't like, except for the white being uncooked/runny. Or scrambled eggs and omelets being runny. That just nauseates me.

I guess a runny white would nauseate a lot of people, that's just disgusting, now a runny yolk, that's a different story all together.

FAVORITE WAY: FRIED .... LEAST FAV: POACHED .... Eggs can be a good quick snack too when they are boiled. The reason why I like them fried is because it reminds me of my grandfather who use to make us fried eggs sandwiches for breakfast when we went fishing with him early friday morning so fried is the best!

If it's boiled plain eggs then you count me in too. Because I can't stand those, but omelets or fried eggs are just fine with me.
