Deep doen you know what kind of food is good for you and what kind is bad for you. Just stick to the good food and try to get some exercise, run, or if you are not that fit yet, just get walking.

Have you ever tried yoga? When I was a teen, I got into yoga big time. In one summer I lost 4 dress sizes. I still ate most of my favorite foods but I just cut down on the portions. Cut out all junk food and sodas. Try to eat as healthy as possible. There are certain foods that will help you to lose weight: beets, cabbage, carrots, chestnuts, figs, grapefruits, green tea, olive oil, peanuts, water, and watermelon. Make your meals as colorful as possible. Eat whole grain cereals, high in fiber. Drink at least 8 glasses of water a day.

Don't worry, I have some tips for you to follow and I hope this method works for you. For me, I've just lost about 10 pounds in the last 4 months. I ate regularly three times a day and I drink a lot of water. The secret is to eat at each meal time but eat in small quantities. Stop eating when you feel not hungry anymore, but not full either. In this way you can make your body burn the food you eat more quickly. I often do brisk walking, that is walking in a quick speed. Every evening make sure you go out and do brisk walking for about 45 minutes. This is a light exercise and doesn't need you to be too exhausted, but at the same time let you sweat a lot. For your stomach you can try sit-ups five times a day, or if you want a quick result you can double it. However I don't do sit ups. I use a heated belt to burn fat in my stomach area. I hope my tips can help you reduce weight. Good luck!

If you want to loose weigh you need to discipline your self. The secret is to eat less and do more work outs. For tummy the best excercise is the set-ups and leg raising. Drink alot of water, eat at the right time and do not try to skip meals. You can eat less anytime you feel hungry before 6pm and after 6am. The after 6 diet is good too. Try to eat healthy foods. Like vegetables, food, cereals and oat meals. You can eat more meat instead of eating alot of carbohydrates. But always make sure you excercise when you eat meaty food. Swimming is good too. It keeps you fit as long as you lessen your food intake. I hope this can help you my friend. God bless!

Good carbohydrates which are called complex carbohydrates are found in many whole grains. They are the best for your health and contain lot of fibre. Fibre helps in removing constipation and it helps the body absorb more nutrients by removing the bad stuff. Hence eliminating good carbs is not a good idea. Instead bad carbs that are found in white flour i.e all purpose flour is extremely bad for health hence one should avoid eating such carbs. Hence it is best to consume whole grain products like whole wheat or whole grain pasta or bread. Meat also makes a person obese hence it is best to avoid meat. If you are used to meat then you should consume only lean meats and avoid all red meats. Turkey might be the best meat in this case. One can obtain proteins by eating nuts like almonds or seeds like sesame, sunflower or sprouts of different beans. Nuts and seeds also provide some fat which is needed for the absorption of some vitamins like vitamin D but oils should be used sparingly.

What type of diet routine do you follow? And how do you start your day and end up? You need to burn your excess calories which you have added up. Stop taking sweet and fat content food. Do have a regular routine of walking for atleast half an hour in a day, a brisk walking is suggested. Take plenty of fluids, vegetables, fruits and salads rather than junk and readymade tinned foods. Lie on your back, try to lift your legs to 90degree, you start with one leg first and then the other, and then together, for 20-25minutes this exercise is too good for tummy reducing. If not possible atleast make sure you do regular walking. That alone will solve all your problems.

I recommend that you should eat something and also drink water, but not eating nothing will make you just lose "water" and nothing else, so then you´ll catch up the lbs you lost in that week... I think the best thing is to CHANGE habits, change the way and things you eat and do some exercise... I´m not telling you to go to the gym every day for three hours, just start doing some little exercise, like walking or running. Good luck!

Hey, You might consider eating vegetarian raw food or partially cooked ( raw will be best)like spinach, cucumber, olives, cauliflower, broccolli, whole grain breads, and seeds like sunflower seeds and a few nuts. The more raw you eat the better. Also include lots of fruits in this too. The veges and fruits should be of various colors to give you all the nutrients. Dont eat meat. If you love meat then try eating lean turkey meat instead of red meat and eat it only maybe thrice a week in the beginning along with all the veggies and fruits and seeds and nuts and whole grains and beans. Dont eat cheese. Drink almond milk or rice milk instead of regular milk or drink milk with less fat content. Do lot of breathing excercises everyday. Dont eat before atleast two hours before the excercises. Go for jogging or walking daily in the morning and evening atleast for half an hour. If you like swimming its the best excercise. Its summer so you will enjoy it more.

Darling you are 15. You should be enjoying yourself than obsessing about your weight. Nothing wrong with being a bit curvy. I would recommend for you to go to your doctor if you are concerned and they can work out your BMI and put things in perspective. Don't obsess about being thin cos I am sure you are gorgeous just as you are. But still though if you go to your doctor they can recommend a routine for you. I am going to start doing an hours brisk walk everyday just to make me feel well overall and obviously any excess weight will fall off. Please respond

1. Crunches are OK, but it won't help you lose weight to work stomach muscles, it will only tone up those muscles. You can target muscle groups to tone and strengthen, but you cannot target specific areas to lose weight. The distribution of fat on our bodies, and indeed the shape of our bodies, is largely genetic - so you can affect it to some degree but you can't change the way you're made. That's not to say that you can't lose weight overall, but you can't guarantee that any weight you do lose will be from a specific area only. 2. DON'T do what you mention, please. It won't help you lose any weight in the long term. It will make your body go into 'hibernation' in a way - i.e. by starving yourself, your body will start to store anything you do take in - so if you starve yourself for a week, anything you eat after that will be stored away by the body, causing you to actually put on weight again far more quickly. The body simply cannot sustain that kind of starvation for very long. Chances are you'll end up heavier than you were when you started, you'll feel ill, your skin, hair and teeth will suffer and you will end up feeling even less happy about yourself. If you are suffering obesity I do sympathise - just remember that you are young still and have a good opportunity to start losing weight healthily. Are you seeing a doctor first of all? Have you got any sort of support for a weight loss regime? If so, make as much use of it as possible and take as much advice from professional sources as you can. Please bear in mind that I don't know your own personal circumstances or causes of obesity and I can only make general suggestions; you really should see a doctor and work with him/her to lose weight healthily. Apart from that, the best thing you can do is to eat healthily and exercise at least 3 times a week for 30 minutes at a time. You should try to do a mix of cardiovascular exercise (aerobics for instance, or running, or swimming, or dancing) and muscular work (sit-ups, press-ups, light weights, etc). Again best thing would be to either see a personal trainer or join a gym to work out a regime that will be optimal for you. Regarding healthy eating, again you should try and see either a doctor or nutritionist who can work out with you how many calories you need each day. This will vary dependent on your level of activity. Generally foods that are good include: - fresh fruit and vegetables (not potatoes) - white fish - skinned chicken or turkey - wholewheat pasta - bolgur wheat (very low calorie but extremely filling) - couscous (which you can cook in stock or flavour with herbs and spices These suggestions will only be effective if you get the right balance of exercise and food intake, so that's why it's really important to talk to an expert who can advise you properly. Please do take my advice and see a professional as soon as you can.

I think that the biggest key to loosing weight is to be happy! I always found that when I was down about myself I said Oh why bother and all of that but when I am happy I walk and do exercise, I eat alot healthier and dont snack! I dont thisnk that there is any quick fix to loosing weight and starving yourself definately isnt the answer. Go to your doctor and talk to him, the weight that you are at 15 is not going to determine how big you are as an adult, my partner was a big kid was always that person at school who was bigger than everyone else but now he is 6 foot 2 and quite slim! My advice to you is to go to your doctor and have a chat to him, eat healthily and drink lots of water, and walk when you can, I lost 17 kgs recently doing this, but as I said at the start I think that I lost alot of it because i changed my ways and made myself happy and I no longer look in the mirror and say oh dear I am so fat I look in the mirror and say wow I have lost a bit of weight, I may still be big but I am progressing!

Hi, First of all, my only advice to you is that you have to brisk walk for 30 min to 1 hour daily. This will surely help u lose your weight. No diet or starving will help you. You have to eat good food, that is lots of vegetables and fruits along with the walking routine. Also, drink 1 glass of warm water early in the morning in an empty stomach. Do all this for a one month or at least a week, and see the difference. Good luck and take care of your health.

I feel you should eat well balanced diet in moderation. And should not eat junk food at all. Whenever you get tempted to eat all tasty stuff think of being obese and how healthy you can become if you change your eating habit. Then drink plenty of water. Then do exercise be it brisk walks, jogging, basic stretches for tummy by rotating it and moving sideways. And also try aerobics and yoga. It will be helpful. Also playing sports like tennis is also helpful. good luck with your weight loss program.

Walk daily for atleast 1 hour (Treadmill is every effective for indoor) 5. Drink warm water mixed with a tbsp of honey and lemon juice early in the morning. i.e first thing in the morning. 6.
