when is the right time to start dating after break up?

i'm confused cause its been 4 months since i broke up with my first boyfriend. i dont know if he already start dating. now i wanted to go on a real date once again is it morally legal to do this? when is the right time to start dating again?

i'm tying my best here but like my friends are killing me not to start dating again cause we just broke up! they were teasing me so much to go on a date again.. now im confused cause they want to choose whom im gonna date with. hmmmm

yeah! It is moral and legal. there's nothing wrong on dating someone, as long as your not committed on someone else and same with the guy, as long as he's not comitted with other girls out there.
you can start dating right now but think of the fact that your not hurting anybody.
