it's really nice to be hug and kissed by your children. the same thing here, everytime my daughter said "I love mommy" though how naughty she is, I really feel very happy. I think people who have children are so blessed because children are the source of happiness of their parents

Hi, For me my mother and my daughter are more than precious. But my wife is lucky when she got the leagal part of getting my daugther. Now I would like to say, being a mother is better than being a father to be with their children so as to have more authority on their child than child's father. At present we are at the verge of divorce.

sorry to hear that.but, thanks for the response.maybe because of nature the wife should be the one rearing the child until they are old enough to choose who they one to live with.

Everyday I think "Wow this is the best part about being a mom" and then the next day, something different happens and it makes me think about it again. I love rocking my son to sleep at night. Now that he is getting a little bigger (13 months old), I still rock him to sleep but he is now doing other things that blow my mind. He has started to 'hug' me and he loves to cuddle. Every time i see his little smile and giggle, I love him so much more. My son doesn't speak yet, but I'm sure when I hear his first words, or that first time he tells me he loves me, my heart will melt all over again.

I agree with you, it's really rewarding just to be hugged by my daughter. She's just 7mos old and can say mama now. Really having a child is difficult with all the things to do, household chores and feeding the baby and stuffs like that, it is so tiring but with my daughter just around makes things better.

Hello there nana1211! First of all I would like to welcome you to MYlot:) I believe that everday is rewarding, just being blessed with the opportunity to be a mother has been rewarding and most of all the little laughter that I hear from my children is rewarding. I love how they talk to each other, not noticing that I am listening...hehe They tell stories that brings a laughter out of me, or how they try to do things because "they are big now" adn end up screaming mommy because they don't know how...lol.. I love the "I Love you mom" that the suddlenly feel the need to express especially, when we are about to pass Mcdonalds...lol.. I belive that everything that I experience on a day to day basis with my children is rewarding:)

My son's nearly 12 months now and he still sleeps with me. I love how he'll rub his eyes when he wakes up and grin at me while says hi, over and over again, lol. He ALWAYS gives me my morning kisses and hugs and sometimes we'll just sit there and talk or have tickle fights before we get up and get breakfast. He's so adorable, especially when he's bad. When he touches something he knows he's not supposed to, he'll look up at me and say hi, or he'll jump back and proclaim, "Hot!" He thinks it's funny to run toward the stove yelling hot, while someone tries to chase him down. Blessed Be

that would be when my daughter would say that she loves me. and when my daughter receives recognition in school. i'm so proud of her and at the same it feels so rewarding. because i know that i was able to raise her properly. and of course, when people say i'm lucky to have her, because she's inteliigent and nice kid.
