Do you smoke??

Hi do you smoke? How long? Do you wanna quit? I do, but I fail all the time. Any suggestions? Yes, only talking about cigs and sorry for soooo many questions. I hope if your trying to quit you succeed my friends. I smoke Pallmall Light 100's because they last a long time and they are light.

i smoke and have smoked for close to 20 years but i am in the process of quitting.. i am now taking a new medicine called chantix which my husband a 3 pack a day smoker took for a month and has totally stopped smoking and i am only half a pack a day but i hate the breathless feeling i get just taking the dogs for a walk i hate my hair and clothes smelling like an ashtray .. talk to your dr about chantix .. you pick a quit date and start taking them for 7 days you smoke the first seven days and on the eight day you stop... i am on my 4th day of the pill so i have my fingers crossed.. good luck

You can do it, you can do it, you can do it .........Is that a pic of you and your daughters? That is one of the most beautiful pictures I have seen in a long time! I will pray for you....I need prayers as well...It is Soooo sooosooo hard my friend...for me....

yes this is myself and my daughters.. thank you.. i know that you can do it too.... i too will pray for you also .. ask your dr about this new medicine that i am on my husband didnt have any jitters no withdrawl nothing he never got mean or nasty or even a little short.. what it does is it blocks the nicotine inhabitors in the brain so you no longer crave the nicotine.. he says he catches himself reaching for one at work because he is a train engineer and spends hours on trains he isnt craving them its just the habit of smoking while he is working but he has been smoke free for 5 months now and only took the medicine for a month

i never smoke as my gran say genitals dissapear. you no smoke. i help you stop. i get the cig companees to go to hell and rap ganges up in paper instead. all be high as kites. i get girl partner for first time!

hi,i don't smoke.from my childhood,i am taught that it is a very bad habit.in my house only one of my uncle smoke and he was a chain-smoker.now he has slowed down both in his life and in work.if you smoke,please quit it.it is not only harmful to you,but to others around you too.leave it now.thank you.

I do smoke and I am smoking from 1998 just when I entered college. After almost nine years of smoking I sometimes feel that what I am doing woth myself. I can't run, can't climb stairs in hurry becuase if I do so I"ll end up in breathing heavily. I smoke about one pack a day. I have also tried quitting this bad habit but whenever I tried quitting it, it was only for 3 three whole days lol .

yes i do..n am proud of being a smoker..itz my own lyfstyle n i dun give a damn to wat ppl think..i prefer wills milds or malboro lights..cos i can take 'em deep inside..smoking has kept my spirits alive..
