Do you snore or talk in your sleep?

I have been told that I dont snore ,but I talk alot during my sleep.My friends in my hostel tell me that I talk a lot.Who are the snorers of mylot?

I really snore with reasonable sound I was told. My son murmurs while asleep.

No he sleeps in another room where he cannot hear me snoring. Probably, the children undergo a lot of conflicting views, some exciting news during the day time and sleep talks have some relation to it.

May be your son murmurs because of the reasonable sound with which you are snoring(lol)

My sister told me, that when i was stressed at the days work, i snore when i sleep. And when i have a problem unresolved she told me i was talking in my sleep, i don't know what is the connection, the only thing i know is that i still bring my problem even on sleeping.

Yes I too have the same problem.If we have any unfinished work or if anything had deeply disturbed us during the day,it would make us talk during sleep .Thanks for responding grecy

I don't snore or talk when I am sleeping. My husband snores but he won't talk. It takes me some time to adjust to his snores:)

Wah! I also snore, they tell me. Could I say I don't because I don't hear myself snoring? Could that be an excuse?hahaha! They say it's a respiratory problem, and I've heard that to minimize this I must lean on my side when sleeping never sleep on my back. I'm trying but I think it doesn't work for me.

Hey jonaida.Its good to know that you aren't giving any excuses by saying I don't know..Try different postures of sleeping and give mylotters a solution to avoid snoring(lol)
