iphone for a ten year old girl

I think its more or less the product of the negligence of the parent. If a child is even placed in the situation to be able to purchase an iphone.. its just plain irresponcible. Im not even sure if legally sellers are allowed to sell objects to children that young. Typically you need parental consent.. so that when things go wrong the parent ends up taking the crap and paying for the overcharges.
