If you are talking about using a prepaid cc, yes they work very well for ebay shopping. If you are looking to purchase one, you might try going to a local store and getting the first card to load and then you have a source for reloading the card that you know you can trust. I have used one for over a year and have not had any trouble with online businesses rejecting the card as long as there is enough money on the card at the time of purchase. I like using it because I know when I purchase something it is paid for and I don't have the monthly credit card bill to look forward to.
