Well Im flabbergasted, something a bit odd has happened to me that when put together with other things seem to fit a pattern. Well, let me explain. I was playing as usual on here and someone, i dont know who, started a discussion asking if you had one wish what would it be. Well I did the usual bit and said id ask for everything i wanted to be granted. Well, unlike usually where such a faceitious comment would be rightfully ignored, this person came back to me and asked seriously what would i ask for. Off the top of my head i said financial security for myself and family. I got a strange reply of just, thats a reasonable request. Well, the day after i just stopped a 40 a day cigarette habbit. I mean literally just walked away from cigaretts. I started selling things on e.bay, and making a good profit out of it, i also feel much more secure in my finances. Dont know why but i am beginning to thyink there was more to that discussion than i first thought and i am now beginning to see mky old lady visiter in a different light too. Anyone else had anyu such experiences?

Well, if you've read or watched 'The Secret', it kinda explains what happened to you. The mind is actually a very powerful tool. I never really did believe this before but after watching 'The Secret' and practicing it, it has made sense and although it sounds too good to be true, things do happen the way I want it to.
Like for instance, I've always been interested in theater but I never had the chance to audition, or had the guts to. One day my friend told me to declare what I wanted and really mean it. A few days later, I met a guy on a flight who wanted to get to know me. After chatting for a while, he said he was in performing arts and had acted in the theater. I was stunned. A week later, I was on the team for a motivational training and my team leader happened to be one of my country's famous actor, Harith Iskandar, who is also very active in the theater. All these opportunities were presenting themselves, it was just up to me to take it or not.
So yeah, kinda weird but interesting too.. :)

well i have never heard of the secret, but it has certainly been a revalation to me, i just hope i can keep up this level of positive feelings that i seem to have at the moment

First let me congratulate you my friend for reaching more than 10,000 post. You are a great mylotter. Keep it up and thanks for helping alot of mylotters.
I would love to tell someone what I want. But I think the best thing to do is to know what we really want. When we know exactly about it, we can tell ourselves about our wants. Then I believe we can motivate our own self by believing that we can have what we want.

Who is the person I want to be financial secure too. I do believe there are people out there that are among us are here to help us. Ive never come across one myself. I think its great that one has answered your prayers.

Wow, that is interesting! Sometimes 'answers' come to us in very strange ways. We expect their arrival to be a grand entrance type of thing, but they arrive softly and can be easily ignored or not noticed! Sometimes the answers are actually right in front of us if we take the time to reanalyze things! Many times I have wondered about how something was ever going to work out, and then..(usually in bed ...where answers just come to me) I've starteld and said, "Wait...that is why thus-in-such is..." Yup...we have to keep an open mind when looking for 'answers!' Congrats on quitting smoking..that is a HUGE accomplishment! I hope your ebay sales continue to grow!
