hw u face the pain on back.causing unable to strech bend.its killing

I do get backpain quite often. One of the reasons is lack of exercises to the body. Brisk walking or jogging or swimming are one of the best exercises which will tear the body least and help one keep fit. I go for 4 km walk everyday. Whenever backpain is noticed, I lie down, facing the bed, lift the legs and try to hold for couple of minutes with my hand. This if it is done for 30 minutes, it will relieve the back pain.
