It seems that ever year, another part of my body starts to ache. My back however, almost always aches every day after a very tiring day at work..and also after being exposed to very cold temperature. My legs and feet are also giving me discomfort. I also get migraine headaches from time to time. But then,a massage always does wonder for my aches and pains.

this week i'm on a 12:00 noon to 10:30 pm shift at work. that's tiring. when i get home, usually i ask my sister to massage my back and my hands coz they do get really tired after sitting around too much and continuous typing of the calls we receive... almost non-stop.

I work for this company for almost ten years now. Though I have been rotated to different positions, I still get tired. I mean, there comes a time that when I wake up in the morning thinking that I would be doing the same thing I did yesterday, I feel tired already. We are usually busy on Mondays and Fridays, that when I come home, I feel like going straight to bed and sleep. My mind is tired and my back aches.

I have aches on my lower legs and feet after my day at work. So once I am home will put on my comfy cotton padded sandals and before bed I will soak my lower legs and feet in a pail of hot water for about half an hour. To pamper them further will be a visit to my local foot reflexology.
