sending mylot earnings to another person's moneybookers account

please someone help me. my moneybookers account was closed and the only way to reopen it is to call a hotline number which i can't get through from where i am. is it all right to have mylot earnings sent to my husband's moneybookers account instead. is there a rule here in mylot prohibiting that? i can't seem to find any prohibition in the terms. do you think this is okay?

Hello, did you lost money from this account ? Well for else I think it not problem to put another moneybookers account for receive your money but if your husband is a Mylot member too, well I think you can't use this account. Well create a new ?
