How do u deal with being betrayed ??

If someone special to you betrayed you .. how do you deal with it ?? do u just forgive coz u really care for that person and don't wanna lose him ?? OR you never forgive him coz s/he commited sth you think it shouldn't have been done by this person !!!!

ok i can forgive why not but i'l try my best to stay away from him or her, for my belief is they can did it to you they can always do it again. trust for me is very important. its easy to forgive but to trust again is different.

I suppose what type of betrayal you are talking about . But in my case i have lost all faith in having friends as now on two occassions in the past sixteen years something i have said in confidence to a person was spread around so no more will i tell anyone anything anymore i have lost my trust in people on both occassions i have been really hurt by what has been said and i just can`t forgive them for doing this to me .

well that depends---some betrayals can be forgiven (and are not that big of a deal enyway) but things that really hurt me, that damaged me in one or another way, well that things i don't forgive (ever) if someone played your friendship he or she can do it again. i still talk to that person (hello, how are you, weather ;) ) but we can never again be friends as we were
